Day 5! I can’t believe it’s only been 5 days…16 more days to go…here’s my meal for the day…
Meal 1: Smoothie, kale, strawberry, collagen, MCT oil, coconut milk, SP powder
Meal 2: Sunflower seeds and coconut meat
Meal 3: Roasted veggies (Yeah…can you believe I still have roasted veggies left???), 1/2 avocado, lentils
Meal 4: Curry chicken on top of cauliflower rice. Recipe for one pan curry chicken here!
Never got to a meal 5. My day was very hectic today so the gaps when I ate were quite large.
